Movement and Memories

Sometimes the best "workout" is just living your life…and that's exactly what I did on my recent trip to the redwoods! 

 

I skipped the formal workouts and instead soaked up 7 to 11 miles of hiking every single day, proving that movement and memories matter way more than macros and gym sessions. 

 

My strategy? Hit the grocery store first for breakfast and lunch supplies (because eating on-the-go doesn't mean sacrificing your goals), stay hydrated with water and LMNT electrolytes, and prioritize protein with fiber to keep everything running smoothly while traveling.

 

Then I enjoyed dinners out with my husband without stress, ordering smart and savoring every moment. 

 

This is what balance looks like! Making simple choices that support your body while fully embracing the adventure and creating incredible memories. 

 

No guilt, no restriction, just intentional decisions that let you feel amazing while actually living your life!
