What does the program include?
The six week new client experience includes nutrition education + meal plans, intentional daily workouts, and accountability to keep you moving forward and getting results.

In my new client experience I help set you up with custom macronutrient goals to be sure you’re eating enough food.
In addition to macros, you’ll receive meal plans and grocery lists to take the guesswork out of what to eat, and thorough education on WHAT to eat and HOW MUCH to eat.

You’ll not only learn how to fuel your body, you’ll shift the way that your body burns that fuel so you lose fat and gain muscle.
You do this through 30-45 minute workouts that can be done at home or in the gym with our pro trainers.

You’ll receive daily guidance and coaching in a small group where you’ll have the opportunity to check in, ask questions, get support, and find clarity and encouragement.
I’ll keep you accountable to your goals and ensure you stay on track.

FAQs
How do I know this program will work for me?
I have helped over 4000 midlife women transform their lives. While I can't promise you any specific result I can say that all of my clients have weekly non scale victories such as better sleep, more energy and less bloat (many in week 1). Most of my clients lose fat (inches lost) and build muscle in their first 6 weeks with me. For best results, clients stay in VIP month to month and continue to reach their goals.
The first 6 weeks is setting the foundation and learning new consistent habits. While you are not required to stay past the 6 weeks (I will teach you so much in your 6 week group) I encourage VIP for so much more.
Is this a group coaching program or 1:1?
This is group coaching but I do my very best to make if feel customized and 1:1. Everything you need will be in the app or my private community group but you have access to me daily via email or text message.
How frequently will I hear from you?
You will hear from every day in my private community group. You will also get a weekly training and weekly email from me. You have access to me in the community group, text and email.
Do I have to opt in for the $79 monthly VIP?
You do need to check the box at checkout but you can cancel at any time after you register. I will remind you in week 4 if you choose not to continue you will need to give 14 days notice.
How long are the workouts?
We offer at home and gym options and all the workouts are around 30 minutes. They are quick and effective for losing fat and building muscle. We even have a core circuit and Isostretch available on your rest days.
Our pro trainers will guide you through new workouts every single week while also providing excellent instruction and modifications. All you need are a few sets of dumbbells or resistance bands and a can do attitude!
I have dietary restrictions, will this still work for me?
Yes, our meal guides are gluten and dairy free with a whole food focus. We also have a Vegan meal guide and you can mix and match them as we have new meal guides every single week. I will also provide you with swap cheat cheats so you can choose your favorite whole foods to meet your macro goals.
Will I receive custom macro goals?
Yes, after you fill out my new client assessment form you will receive custom macros based on YOU and YOUR goals.
