The 6-Move Mobility Routine That Keeps Me Moving Well in Midlife
This is my personal go-to mobility routine it's quick, effective, and perfect for keeping joints happy in midlife. Think of it as your daily tune-up, just like brushing your teeth, but for your joints.
Mobility is just as important as muscle and keeps joints young and pain free, allows you to move better in strength workouts and helps with stiffness, aches and injuries.
Here are the 6 exercises you'll see me do:
Cat-Cow
Worlds Greatest Stretch
Hip Swivels
Deep Squat
Childs pose
Shoulder CARs
Think of this as an insurance policy for your workouts, strong muscles are powerful but without mobility you won't move well enough to use them. Try this before your morning cup of coffee or to unwind right before bed.
