This full-body ladder workout requires zero equipment and is way harder than it looks. Trust me, by the time you hit 20 and 25 reps, you'll be questioning your life choices...in the best way.
Here's how the ladder works:
Start with 5 reps of each move, then work your way up: 10 → 15 → 20 → 25
Then work back down: 20 → 15 → 10 → 5
Yes, you do ALL five moves at every rung of the ladder!
Take breaks as needed…this is about finishing strong, not perfect.
The Moves:
Jump squats
Push-ups (can modify on knees)
Lunges (alternating legs)
Plank jack with shoulder tap
Glute bridge march
